BV1

The BV1 bench is a small vertical torsion bench constructed specifically to meet customer requirements. It is equipped with a DC motor or Brushless motor as required, driven by a variable speed drive. It is suitable for torque tests with small capacities up to 150 Nm such as self-braking torques.

The BV1 is equipped with standard interchangeable static torque meters to quickly adapt the measuring range of the machine according to the tests to be carried out.

The bench BV1 is ideal for the follow-up of production in workshop. Placed on a workbench or table, it is designed to impose a minimum footprint. It meets the current safety standard and is notably equipped with a hood which, when opened, stops the spindle from rotating.

The BV1 bench is compatible with the different IT solutions offered by Automatica, it is ideally designed for operation with AUTOMATICA CALMAN ™.
